Description
The subject of the contract is to grant a license to use the supplied software and to implement, understood as installation and configuration of HIS software, software for electronic medical records (EDM) and electronic on-line services (e-services) together with training and installation and configuration of the necessary hardware and tool software as part of the project "Purchase and implementation of an IT system for the St. Rybicki Regional Hospital in Skierniewice".
The subject of the contract is to grant a license to use the supplied software and to implement, understood as installation and configuration of HIS software, software for electronic medical records (EDM) and electronic on-line services (e-services) together with training and installation and configuration of the necessary hardware and tool software within the project "Purchase and implementation of an IT system for the St. Rybicki Regional Hospital in Skierniewice". The subject of the order includes:2.1. package 1:2.1.1. wristband printer, according to the requirements described in Appendix 1 to OPZ;2.1.2. line code readers, according to the requirements described in Appendix 2 to OPZ;2.1.3. ID card reader, according to the requirements described in Appendix 3 to OPZ;2.1.4 PKI - access cards, according to the requirements described in appendix 4 to OPZ;2.1.5. access card readers, according to the requirements described in appendix 5 to OPZ. The subject of the order is to grant a license to use the supplied software and to implement, understood as installation and configuration of HIS software, software for electronic medical records (EDM) and electronic on-line services (e-services) together with training and installation and configuration of the necessary hardware and tool software within the framework of the project "Purchase and implementation of an IT system for the Regional Hospital Zespolony im. The subject matter of the contract includes:2.1. package 2.Extension of HIS - grey part, according to the requirements described in Annex 6 to the ToR. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.
