The subject of the order is the modernization of the currently functioning platform of the Podkarpackie Medical Information System or the supply of a new platform.The subject of the order includes, in particular: 1) delivery of Hardware Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure. 2) delivery of Software allowing the launch of e-Services3) delivery of Software allowing the Integration of RCIM with the IT Systems of the Units and the Central System. 4) implementation of Software necessary for the operation of e-Services.5) implementation and launch of e-Services. 6) migration of the indicated data from the currently used IT system to RCIM 7) integration of RCIM with the IT Systems of the Units and the Central SystemThe detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. Z1 to the SWZ.
The subject of the order is the modernization of the currently functioning platform of the Podkarpackie Medical Information System or the supply of a new platform.The subject of the order includes, in particular: 1) delivery of Hardware Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure. 2) delivery of Software allowing the launch of e-Services3) delivery of Software allowing the Integration of RCIM with the IT Systems of the Units and the Central System. 4) implementation of Software necessary for the operation of e-Services.5) implementation and launch of e-Services. 6) migration of the indicated data from the currently used IT system to RCIM 7) integration of RCIM with the IT Systems of the Units and the Central SystemThe detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No. Z1 to the SWZ.The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol.Warranty requirements are specified in § 11 of the Draft provisions of the public procurement contract.Whenever standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and (3) of the PPL Act are used in the description of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall assume that such reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent "In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified by the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Art. 106 (1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor submit the following subject evidence necessary for the proceedings - two portable disks:a) disk 1 - primary disk - sample;b) disk 2 - backup disk - sample (a copy of the sample from the primary disk), on which the Contractor shall provide a sample of the information systems in the form of a virtual machine with the operating system, database and software package offered by the Contractor installed, powered by sample data, which allow the sample testing procedure to be carried out with regard to the functionality described below in the Sample Scenario.The Ordering Party does not allow the sample to be submitted on more than one portable drive. The Ordering Party allows the installation of more than one virtual machine on the delivered portable disk.If during the sampling (presentation) the contractor fails to demonstrate the compliance of the subject matter of the contract with the requirements indicated in Appendix No. Z6a to the SWZ the contractor's offer will be rejected. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of supplementing an incomplete sample or submitting a missing sample (Article 107(2) of the PPL Act).Pursuant to Article 65(1)(4) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority waives the requirement to use electronic means of communication for submitting with the Contractor's bid the said means of proof referred to above.The sample testing procedure is specified in Annexes No. Z6 and Z6a to the SWZ.
