Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of a 3-year subscription for standard software and standard software packages with upgrade rights (hereinafter referred to as Products) under a contract lasting for 3 years not earlier than from 1.3.2020 in the quantities specified below. The Orderer is entitled to use the licence under the conditions provided for educational units. The customer is currently using Microsoft's 3-year EES/Campus contract number 76634490 and uses the products listed in the description. The current contract ends on 29.2.2020 and the ordered subscriptions are to be a continuation of the EES/Campus contract. The Orderer requires delivery of the subscriptions for students resulting from the package of benefits offered by the software manufacturer in accordance with the rules specified by the manufacturer.2 Quantitative specification of the subject of the order:Lp.
