Description

Vedecom is a French institute for public-private partnership research and training dedicated to individual carbon-free and sustainable mobility. Founded on an unprecedented collaboration between manufacturers in the automotive industry, infrastructure and service operators in the mobility ecosystem, academic research institutions and local authorities in the Paris Region, Vedecom aims to be a European leader in innovation in the fields of electrified vehicles, autonomous and connected vehicles, and shared mobility and energy infrastructures and services. The purpose of this consultation is to study and carry out a bigdata datacenter infrastructure upgrade. The Vedecom Institute wishes to continue the development of the Hardware and Software (HW and SW) infrastructure already in place since the end of 2016 for the deployment of its Moove project. The project to record and process environmental data for the Moove autonomous vehicle is being carried out in partnership with PSA Groupe, Renault Groupe and Valeo. The design of the architecture of the Moove big data is constantly evolving. The complexity and scope of the research project requires a permanent administration and evolution of the current HW and SW solution and its architecture. For Vedecom, this means increasing the capacity of the Moove datacenter in terms of data storage and remote access computing capabilities. The purpose of this consultation is to study and implement an evolution of the bigdata data center infrastructure. The Vedecom Institute wishes to continue the development of the hardware and software infrastructure (HW and SW) already in place since the end of 2016 for the deployment of its Moove project. The project to record and process environmental data for the Moove autonomous vehicle is being carried out in partnership with PSA Groupe, Renault Groupe and Valeo. The design of the architecture of the Moove big data is constantly evolving. The complexity and scope of the research project requires a permanent administration and evolution of the current HW and SW solution and its architecture. The aim is to increase the virtualization capabilities of the Moove infrastructure. The purpose of this consultation is to study and implement an evolution of the bigdata datacenter infrastructure. The Vedecom Institute wishes to continue the development of the hardware and software infrastructure (HW and SW) already in place since the end of 2016 for the deployment of its Moove project. The project to record and process environmental data for the Moove autonomous vehicle is being carried out in partnership with PSA Groupe, Renault Groupe and Valeo. The design of the architecture of the Moove big data is constantly evolving. The complexity and scope of the research project requires the administration and continuous evolution of the current HW and SW solution and its architecture. The aim is to improve the performance of the Moove infrastructure datacenter. Concerning support and administration, which is the subject of this package, it is expected that incident tickets, user administration, and all assistance and troubleshooting will be taken care of to ensure a maximum rate of service. Also, it is requested to capitalize the procedures and documentations for maximum autonomy of the Moove team.
