Description

Provision and implementation of a personnel scheduling and time management system with bidirectional interfaces to the HR software as a cloud solution for the InnKlinikum.
The personnel scheduling and time management system is to be provided by the contractor as a cloud or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. Due to the central provision as cloud solutions all mentioned locations shall be connected accordingly.All functionalities are available for the users in German language. Access to the system must be possible via PCs, mobile devices and terminals. It must be ensured that users can also be granted restricted rights, e.g. only access to selected parts of the system. All data must be protected against unauthorized access and changes in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). The storage and processing of personal data is only permitted within the EU in accordance with the requirements of the DSGVO. This also applies to support (first level/second level and third level). For this purpose, an order processing agreement (AVV) is concluded with the contractor (in addition to the service agreement). The system must be able to map all regulations from the TVöD or the TVöD-K, TV-Ärzte, TVAöD and TVöD-SuE in the respective valid version regarding working hours, bonuses and allowances as well as the service agreements of the Innklinikum. The provision of the personnel scheduling and time management system also includes training services. Further details on the service as well as on the required interfaces are contained in the "Brief Description of the Technical Requirements", which is already provided with the partial tender. In addition, the bidders selected after the conclusion of the tender procedure in accordance with Section II.2.9 of this invitation to tender will receive the complete award documents (specification of services incl. catalogue of requirements). The contract documents also include the contract documents. It is intended to draw up this contract on the basis of the EVB-IT (transfer type B or service). The award procedure will be conducted in German.
