Description

The object of the procurement is the personnel management software (Human Capital Management (HCM) software) in order to support and optimise personnel work within the RKH Group. In this context, the SAP ERP HCM payroll and personnel information system is specified in technical terms in order to avoid unnecessary interfaces and system compatibility problems in the data protection-sensitive area of payroll accounting.
The Regionale Kliniken Holding RKH GmbH (RKH) is a large municipal company and the most important healthcare provider in the region with 8 acute clinics, an orthopedic specialist clinic and a geriatric rehabilitation clinic in the districts of Ludwigsburg, Enzkreis and Karlsruhe.RKH is planning to procure human capital management (HCM) software to support and optimize personnel work within the RKH Group. The SAP ERP HCM payroll and personnel information system will be procured, which is intended to simplify the various personnel management tasks and processes in the future when in operation in the computer centre.Various information is then to be made available from the new SAP ERP HCM payroll and personnel information system for the existing systems in the form of several interfaces.The services to be provided by the winning bidder include:- delivery and installation of the SAP HCM software in the bidder's data centre,- configuration and set-up of the SAP HCM software,- implementation of the interfaces to existing systems at RKH,- training of employees,- maintenance and servicing of the software,- operation of the software environment in the bidder's data centre including help desk.
