Description
The Gesundheitszentrum Wetterau gGmbH intends to acquire or use a new personnel management software (SaaS) with project start on 1 June 2020 for around 1 900 employees and 12 users. The test run is to start on 1.10.2020 and go into live operation on 1.1.2021.Delivery and implementation of an integrated personnel management software with several modules (especially employee master data administration, payroll accounting, digital personnel file, application management, managing services, personnel controlling).Project language German and German-language operation of the personnel management software. Maintenance of the collective agreement regulations, execution of the current payroll within the personnel management software (Payroll). Further services like implementation, hotline, training, software maintenance... . The EVB IT service contract including the general terms and conditions of business serves as the contractual basis.basic module with:- payroll and HR administration,- statistics and evaluations,- interfaces and IT requirements.additional modules:- module 1: applicant management,- module 2: electronic personnel file,- module 3: managed services.
