Description

The subject of the contract is the procurement of ERP software (accounting and consumption billing) and associated implementation, migration and maintenance services for the newly established operations management company of three municipal utilities and their associated companies and operations in two lots. In addition, the necessary system platform components or alternatively IT operating services are to be procured. Lot 1 comprises the accounting system (without consumption billing) and lot 2 the consumption billing system. In total, the operations management company manages more than 80,000 customers with more than 300,000 individual contracts.
The software products to be procured must support the market roles of energy supplier, network operator and metering point operator in the energy sector. The following services and components in particular are put out to tender:- Software licences or comparable rights of use- Concepts and specifications- Implementation and migration services- Training courses- System platform components and IT operating services IT operating servicesThe tendered lots have the following scope:- Lot 1: Delivery of a complete IT solution for accounting (without consumption accounting) with, in particular, functionalities for the following subject areas:o General ledger accountingo Asset accountingo Annual financial statements and other activity statementso Management of investments and projectso Economic, investment and budget planningo Procurement, material and warehouse managemento Order managemento Cost and performance accountingo Accounts payable and accounts receivable with sub-ledgero Payment and receivables managemento Regulation managemento Reporting The software products to be procured must support the market roles of energy supplier, network operator and metering point operator in the energy sector.
