Description

The AVS is the central system for creating and managing ID cards and access authorisations as well as parking and service cards for authenticating people on all DFS premises and buildings and for using various special applications. The AVS, including the USS application workflow, must be available to DFS as a 24/7 system for the implementation of business processes. DFS uses uniform access and identification documents (ID cards for employees and external persons) based on Section 7 of the German Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG). The legally compliant and audit-proof creation and administration of these badges is carried out exclusively via the badge management system. Relevant personal and badge data is transferred to subordinate access systems with the assigned access authorisations. Interfaces to other systems (e.g. SAP and room allocation database) support the communication process during data entry and processing. LEGIC advant is exclusively used for badge coding. DFS holds an operator license from LEGIC.the badge management system is the operational user interface for the access authorization system Kaba Exos 9300 Version 4.x from dormakaba and for the key depots from KEMAS.DFS intends to have the supplier replace the hardware already in use, such as badge printers, cameras and Legic encoders. The existing signature pads will continue to be operated with the new AVS. All master data including acknowledgements of receipt, coding regulations, card layouts are to be transferred. The main focus is especially:- Transfer of personal master data, badge data, access authorizations, badge layout and LEGIC coding templates from the current AVS within the scope of data migration;- Application workflow must be individually configurable for each access authorization (multi-stage approval procedure) with the possibility of applying for identical access authorizations for several persons in one application (collective application);- Implementation of user and role concepts according to DFS requirements;- Connection of internal and external third-party systems via interfaces;- Implementation of a workshop lasting several days;- Creation of a detailed concept with detailed requirements for the use of AVS and USS / The software maintenance services are to be provided for 36 months after successful acceptance (optional extension by 12 months). For the duration of the maintenance services, a German-language hotline (during office hours 8.00-16.00 hours) is required for the elimination of malfunctions and any further development of the software.
