Description
1.1 Delivery:
1.1.1. Two-node cluster of servers for the e-mail environment
Server parameters:
- Housing:
Up to 1U rack height with the ability to install up to 10 2.5" and 4 NVMe drives, along with a set of pull-out rails for rack mounting and server pull-out for service purposes, and a cable organizer. Housing equipped with a card allowing direct access through mobile devices - the server must be able to configure and monitor the most important server components with the use of a dedicated mobile application, min. (Android/ Apple iOS) using one of the NFC/BLE/WIFI protocols.
- Mainboard:
Mainboard with the possibility of installing at least two processors. The motherboard must be designed by the server manufacturer and marked with the server's trademark.
- Chipset:
Dedicated by the processor manufacturer to work in two-processor servers
- Processor:
At least two eight-core processors installed, min. 2.1GHz, class x86 dedicated to work with the offered server allowing to achieve a min. 72.6 in the SPECint_rate_base2017 test available at www.spec.org for two processors.
- RAM:
Minimum 128 GB DDR4 RDIMM 2667MT/s, the motherboard should have at least 16 slots for memory installation. The motherboard should support at least 512GB of RAM.
- Protection of RAM memory:
DIMM isolation, Memory Address Parity Protection, Memory Thermal Throttling.
- PCI sockets:
Minimum one PCIe Gen 3 slot with a minimum speed of x16 full height.

Possibility of installing an internal module dedicated for virtualization hypervisor, equipped with 2 identical flash media with a minimum capacity of 32GB with the possibility of configuring RAID 1 protection from the server BIOS level, the solution must not reduce the number of bays for hard drives.

Independent of the operating system installed on the server with a dedicated Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 port and enabling:
- remote access to the graphical Web interface of the management card,
- remote monitoring and information about the server status (e.g. fan speed, server configuration),
- encrypted connection (TLS) and user authentication and authorization,
- possibility of mounting remote virtual drives,
- virtual console with access to the mouse, keyboard,
- support for IPv6,

- possibility of managing the delivered servers without the participation of a dedicated agent,
- support for protocols - WMI, SNMP, IPMI, WSMan, Linux SSH,
- possibility of scripting the process of detecting devices,
- Possibility to start the process of detecting devices based on a schedule,
- a detailed description of the systems and their components detected,
- possibility to export the report to CSV, HTML, XLS,
- Grouping of devices based on user criteria,
- automatic CLI scripts for adding and editing device groups,
- Quick overview of the state of the environment,
- a status summary for each device,
- detailed status of the device/component/component,
- generating alerts when the device status changes,
- report filters to view the most important events,
- integration with the manufacturer's service desk of the supplied hardware platform,
- the possibility of taking over the remote desktop,
- possibility of mounting a virtual drive,
- A wizard that allows you to customize actions for selected alerts,

- sending "as-is" alerts to other third-party consoles,
- Update based on choosing the source of libraries (local, on-line manufacturer of the offered solution),

- a reporting module that allows you to generate the following information: hardware serial number, configuration of individual devices, internal software versions, allocation of PCIe slots and memory slots, information about virtual machines, current warranty status information, IP addresses of network cards.
- Certificates:
The server must be manufactured in accordance with ISO-9001:2008 and ISO-14001.
The server must have a CE declaration.
The offered server must be listed in the Windows Server Catalogue and have "Certified for Windows" status for Microsoft Windows 2012, Microsoft Windows 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016.
- Warranty conditions:
Minimum 3 years of warranty carried out at the place of installation of the equipment, with the response time to the next working day from the acceptance of the report, the possibility of reporting failures in the 365x7x24 mode through the nationwide telephone line of the manufacturer.
In the event of a failure, the hard drives shall remain the property of the purchaser.
The manufacturer can extend the warranty to a minimum of 7 years.
- User documentation:
The Ordering Party requires documentation in Polish or English.
Possibility of checking the hardware configuration of the server and warranty conditions by phone after giving the serial number directly from the manufacturer or its representative.

Up to 1U high rack with up to 4 3.5" HDDs and a set of pull-out rails for rack mounting and server pull-out for service purposes, as well as a cable organizer. Housing equipped with a card allowing direct access through mobile devices - the server must be able to configure and monitor the most important server components with the use of a dedicated mobile application, min. (Android/ Apple iOS) using one of the NFC/BLE/WIFI protocols.

1.1.3. Licences:
Licenses for upgrading Active Directory domain controllers to 2016:
- Windows Server Standard 2016 licenses for the number of cores according to the number of cores offered by the processors (minimum for 2 x 16 cores).
- Windows Server 2016 CAL licenses licensed per user, 1000 licenses.
Licenses for upgrading Exchange servers to 2016:
- Windows Server Standard 2016 licenses for the number of cores according to the number of cores offered by the processors (minimum for 2 x 16 cores).
- Exchange Server 2016 Enterprise to 2 servers,
- Exchange Server 2016 CAL Standard - 1000 licenses for users,
- Exchange Server 2016 CAL Enterprise - 50 licenses for users,
License for upgrading the backup server version of the System Center DPM:
- Windows Server license Standard 2016 for 16 cores
- System Center Datacenter Edition for 32 cores.
- System Center Standard Edition for 64 cores.
All Microsoft licenses should be included in the MOLP license program.
1.2 Services:
1.2.1. Migration of the Exchange 2010 e-mail environment until 2016
1.2.1.1 Assembly of delivered equipment and components in cabinets and devices owned by the Customer,
1.2.1.2 Launch, install operating systems, configure servers to work in LAN AMW, install antivirus systems and server management software.
1.2.1.3 Installing Microsoft Exchange 2016 in high availability configuration using DAG.
1.2.1.4. Migration from Microsoft Exchange 2010 mail system to the latest with preservation of rights, passwords, user data, correspondence, tasks, dates in the calendar without interruptions in the functioning of the service for users.
The migration of the postal system must include the following activities:
- identification, inventory, analysis of the existing e-mail and Active Directory environment, analysis of needs for the implemented environment
- preparation of an e-mail system migration schedule,
- making appropriate backups,
- development of technical concepts:
- technical e-mail,
- migration and coexistence of Exchange resources 2010 - 2016,
- e-mail archiving environment,
- environment for anti-virus and anti-spam protection of mail.
- preparation of acceptance tests:
- the e-mail environment,
- anti-virus and anti-spam mail system.
- implementation and migration of users to the new environment:
- Exchange 2016 implementation to execute the target migration,
- implementation of an archiving environment,
- implementation of anti-virus and anti-spam protection environment.
- Migration of user mail to the target Exchange 2016 environment,
- Uninstall Exchange 2010 environment,
1.2.1.5 Perform acceptance tests:
(a) the Exchange 2016 e-mail environment,
(b) backup environment,
(c) anti-virus and anti-spam environment.
1.2.1.6. Execution of post-implementation documentation:
(a) the electronic mail environment,
(b) mail archiving environment,
(c) anti-virus and anti-spam environment,
(d) instructions for use of e-mail in different environments.
1.2.1.7. Start-up of the complete environment.
1.2.1.8 Training (workshops) for Employees of the Contracting Authority on site and on the Contracting Authority's equipment on implementation of: minimum 8 hours.
1.2.2. Migration of the Windows 2008 R2 directory services environment to Windows Server Active Directory 2016
1.2.2.1 Assembly of delivered equipment and components in cabinets and devices owned by the Customer,
1.2.2.2.2 Launch, install operating systems, configure servers to work in LAN AMW, install antivirus systems and server management software.
1.2.2.3. Migration from Active Directory directory services (AD 2008 R2) to the latest version with preservation of rights, passwords, user data, accounts, groups, policies (GPO, GPP), roles, without interruption in the functioning of the service for users.
The migration of directory services must include the following activities:
- identification, inventory, analysis of the existing environment of AD 2008 R2 domain controllers, analysis of needs for the implemented environment,
- preparation of the migration schedule for AD 2008 R2 domain together with the roles of File Services, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority (CA), IIS
- making the necessary backups using Microsoft Data Protection Manager (DPM),
- development of a technical design including:
- the architecture of the solution
- necessary extension of the Active Directory schema
- defining the functional levels of the domain and the forest
- Migration and Co-existence Plan AD 2008 R2 and 2016,
- File Share Witness (FSW) share migration plan
- a plan for the migration of gears
- directory service archiving environment.
- preparation of acceptance tests:
directory service environment,
- implementation of a new environment:
implementation of AD 2016 to carry out migration,
implementation of DPM archiving environment agents,
transfer of FSMOs from AD 2008 R2 to 2016,
installation of additional roles DNS, DHCP, CA, IIS,
data migration for additional roles of DHCP, CA, IIS,
migration of FSW shares for File Services,
configuration of domain and forest functionality levels,
tool migration,
time synchronization configuration,
verification of the relationship of trust,
- uninstalling AD 2008 R2 domain controllers,
1.2.2.4 Perform acceptance tests:

1.2.2.5. Execution of post-implementation documentation:

1.2.3. Raise the Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 backup environment to the latest version
1.2.3.1. Recognition, inventory, analysis of the existing SC DPM 2012 backup environment needs for the implemented environment,
1.2.3.2. develop a technical design that includes a method for updating the SC DPM 2012 environment to the latest version, assuming that the policy configuration and existing backup data are maintained,
1.2.3.3 Preparation of acceptance tests of the backup environment,
1.2.3.4. Update to the new environment:
1.2.3.5. perform acceptance tests of the backup environment,
1.2.3.6 Execution of post-implementation documentation of the archiving environment,
1.2.3.7. Start-up of the complete environment,
1.2.3.8 Training (workshops) for Employees of the Contracting Authority on site and on the Contracting Authority's equipment on implementation of: minimum 8 hours.
