Within the scope of the project "Introduction of digital invoice receipt at the City of Münster", a specialist IT procedure integrated into the existing SAP infrastructure is being sought to support the workflow-based processing of electronic invoices The support provided by a software-based workflow solution for processing electronic invoices consists primarily of a standardised and SAP-integrated IT procedure without media discontinuity, including an invoice receipt book, which is intended to accelerate the processing times for invoices and other documents. It concerns about 130,000 documents (invoices and other documents that trigger payments) and is regarded as central to the success in the introduction phase of the tool:- Optimal support of the newly developed target processes of the city of Münster in the area of invoice processing.The project objectives are:- Receipt and digital processing of invoices and other accounting documents in a media-consistent paperless invoice processing within SAP,- Introduction of an invoice receipt book,- Acceleration of processing times, reduction of processing timesThe software must meet the following general requirements in the area of electronic invoice processing:1) SAP-integrated invoice workflow;2) Compliance with the principles for the proper management and retention of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access (GoBD);3) "Live" data exchange and data reconciliation between SAP, DMS and workflow;4) individual design of the individual workflow steps;5) verification and approval steps are available both within the workflow and on mobile devices; web access is also to be provided.
