Description

Provision and implementation of a process mining tool.
The object of the contract to be awarded is the introduction or adaptation of a process mining tool for the client, including the process mining software, and its maintenance after acceptance. The solution offered must be made available for the data sources via the corresponding interfaces of the client for process mining analyses. The process mining tool is to be installed at the client's premises. In an implementation phase, three processes are to be implemented for each client for visualization and analysis. The installation will be on-premises, whereby the clients reserve the right to switch to a cloud version of the contractor during the contract period. The contractor must make the use of its process mining tool available to the client on the basis of a concurrent user license model. The clients intend to initially acquire 300 concurrent user licenses for approx. 1,200 authorized users. Employees of the clients and their IT service providers are to be trained by the contractor in the professional use of the process mining solution by means of multiplier training courses. Please refer to the award documents for details of the subject matter of the contract.
