Description

Freie Universität Berlin intends to introduce a new seminar administration system for the continuing education center of Freie Universität Berlin and other institutions of Freie Universität Berlin that carry out continuing education and training measures (outside of study operations). a. includes a seminar/attendee*in/lecturer*in and room administration and enables online registration for seminars via a web portal.it is intended that the IT operation of the seminar administration system should be carried out as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) within the framework of a system operation external to FU Berlin. The implementation of the seminar administration system, the training of the users* of the participating institutions, the maintenance/maintenance/support of the seminar administration as well as the data and legal security (DSGVO) must be carried out or guaranteed by the contractor.The seminar management system must be a standard software package that enables flexible adaptations to process and organizational structures in accordance with the requirements of the continuing education center and the other participating institutions of Freie Universität Berlin.The seminar management system must be completely available at least in German.
