Description

DGA TN is a pilot centre at DGA level in the field of "Low Level Accelerometry". To carry out its missions, the laboratory has 2 Cofrac accredited calibration benches. These calibration benches are based on the LEAM data acquisition and analysis software. The deliverables expected under this draft framework agreement are as follows: - the porting and migration of the LEAM software to the Windows 10 operating system (currently Windows 7), - the maintenance of the software in operational condition by annual fixed prices, - the correction of identified or future malfunctions, - the perpetuation of the application and the data managed, - the addition of new defined and undefined functionalities, - the provision of upgradeable or normative upgrading services, - user training This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2124-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the public order code. Pursuant to Articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the French Public Order Code, this is a single-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders.
