Equipment 11.1 Disk array - Nr. of pcs: 1 11.2 Server Expansion - Number of pcs: 1 12. training for usersThe detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference - Description of the Subject Matter of the Order.2. The minimum warranty period required by the Ordering Party, as specified in the CSG, does not apply to equipment for which a shorter or longer warranty period indicated in the OPZ is described. In part 1 of the contract, due to the nature of all services provided under the contract, the Contracting Authority requires, based on art. 95 par. 1 of the Act, that the Contractor or his subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment contract, people performing services under the contract, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as defined in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (Dz. U. of 2020, item 1320, of 2021, item 162), i.e. including the services of technical support specialists under the order and persons performing activities related to the implementation of EZDiB under the order. Method of documentation: According to §3 item 24 of the model contract for part no. 1 of the contract, the Economic Operator is obliged, before signing the contract, to submit a list of these persons together with a statement confirming their employment under an employment contract, and then, at each request of the Contracting Authority, to submit the list together with a statement confirming their employment under an employment contract and that they are not in arrears with payment of remuneration as at the date of submission of the statement. The Contracting Authority, at any stage of the performance of the contract, shall have the right to demand proof from the Contractor of employment of persons under a labour contract. Sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements are described in the model contract for part 1. Supply of computer equipment, i.e. Computer set with software (All-In-One) - 55 items.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference - Description of the Subject of the Contract.The minimum warranty period required by the Contracting Authority specified in the ToR does not apply to the equipment for which a shorter or longer warranty period was described in the ToR. In part 2 of the contract, due to the nature of the contract involving supplies, the Contracting Authority does not indicate the activities in the scope of contract execution that require the employment of persons on the basis of an employment contract by the Economic Operator or subcontractor. The Contracting Authority does not identify in the activities covered by this part of the contract any activities that would have the characteristics of an employment relationship.
