Description
The Autobahn GmbH of the federal government is currently being built. In the course of setting up the company, Verkehrsinfrastrukturfinanzierungsgesellschaft mbH (VIFG) and DEGES Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs und -bau GmbH will be merged with the company with effect from 1 January 2019 and 1 January 2020 respectively. Services of the core processes planning, construction, operation, maintenance will be carried out by the federal states until 31.12.2020 as part of contract management, services of the core process financing from the merger of VIFG into Autobahn GmbH. All core processes must then be represented by Autobahn GmbH on the key date 1.1.2021 ("day 1"). It should also be borne in mind that relevant core HR processes will go into pilot operation as early as 1 October 2020. Autobahn GmbH needs a solution that efficiently enables and optimally supports the implementation of all required HR processes. In view of the existing systems, this is to be created as an SAP solution based on SAP ERP HCM. The processes to be implemented for this purpose are designed by Autobahn GmbH, which is responsible for the implementation including the technical design, the configuration of the IT system SAP ERP HCM and its connection to surrounding systems to ensure functionality and further development on the basis of new requirements. In addition, the provision and administration of a temporary SAP ERP HCM development and test environment as well as its relocation to the client's IT target infrastructure must take place. Further service components are the execution of tester, administrator and key user trainings, the technical conception and execution of the migration of productive data, as well as the company and execution of function, integration, interface and migration tests. In addition, this assignment includes the technical IT operation, which includes ensuring the functionality, a technical second-level support as well as the planning and implementation of a change management. An extension of the technical IT operation of 12 months each (for the calendar years 2023, 2024 and 2025) is optionally possible.
