Report opportunity

Description

In anticipation of the end of the contract with its current supplier, GRDF has the opportunity to request and improve the process and tool associated with the provision of data to ensure that it fully meets GRDF's needs while respecting the company's digital ambition.GRDF currently has a data platform for local authorities with whom GRDF has a contract (called licensors).GRDF also has a second platform: Opendata GRDF.
- Batch 1: concession data platform: GRDF currently has a data platform for local authorities with which GRDF has a contract (known as licensors), which provides a modern service for providing licensors with detailed data on their concession, in addition to the CRAC (Concession Activity Report). It is also there to demonstrate GRDF's transparency and professionalism vis-à-vis its licensors, in the midst of the renewal period for major high-stakes contracts. - Lot 2: Opendata GRDF platform: More broadly, GRDF also has a second platform: Open Data GRDF. GRDF's "Open Data" project reinforces its institutional image, contributes to meeting regulatory obligations and contributes to the company's project objectives. Indeed, in the context of its public service activities and gas development, the Open Data approach is proof of transparency and compliance with the regulatory framework in force, as well as a means of developing gas energy. In particular, from a regulatory point of view, GRDF's Open Data project is part of the framework initiated by the law of 17.8.2015 relating to energy transition, which provides for the transmission to public entities, by gas, electricity or heat network operators, as well as by operators releasing petroleum products for consumption, of data relating to energy as long as these data are useful for the fulfilment of the powers exercised by these public entities. In this sense, GRDF has the obligation to provide data sets to the Ministry of Energy for publication in "Open data", but also to all stakeholders who can develop new services in favour of consumers, thanks to these data.In 2016, the law for a digital republic (Lemaire law) completed the requirements for the provision of Open data for companies with a public service mission, which is the case of GRDF. The Open data project aims to publish Open data sets on a regular basis, to interact with users who wish to do so on the nature of the data published and to monitor the downloading activity of each data set.
