The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the following services: P1 Launching and initialization of the project, P2 Expertise: SP2.1 Elaboration of the general architecture, SP2.2 Modification of the architecture, SP2.3 Specific technical expertise, SP2.4 Ergonomic expertise, SP2.5 Methodological expertise, P3 Implementation and maintenance of the software factory, SP3.1 Implementation and initial configuration of the software factory, SP3.2 Provision and maintenance in operational condition of software and hardware infrastructures, P4 Assistance in installing and connecting environments, P5 Performing iterations, P6 Development of online training materials, P7 Corrective maintenance, P8 Evolutive maintenance, P9 Adaptive maintenance, P10 Data recovery and P11 Reversibility.
