SNCF Gares & Connexions would like to acquire a solution that will enable it to offer its station customers instant assistance thanks to:- a live chat tool (Lot 1) comprising: option 1 : a pack of additional chats that can be activated as required by SNCF Gares&Connexions - a CTI voice tool (Click to Call and Web Call Back) (Batch 2) comprising: option 1: a pack of additional call minutes that can be activated as required by SNCF Gares&Connexions option 2: a videoconferencing call functionality
SNCF Gares&Connexions is looking for bidders who have the capacity to provide a live chat tool and its associated maintenance for its station customers. The solution will be able to consume additional chats if needed by SNCF Gares&Connexions (option 1) SNCF Gares&Connexions is looking for bidders who have the capacity to provide a Voice CTI tool (Click to Call and Web Call Back) with 2 options: option 1: a pack of additional call minutes that can be activated if needed by SNCF Gares&Connexions option 2: a videoconference call functionality.
