Acquisition by STP, NEOLOG and LA POSTE, of a unique solution of Warehouse Control System (WCS) multi flows allowing in particular to optimize the exploitation of the sorters.this consultation is carried and coordinated by STP but answers the needs for STP, NEOLOG and LA POSTE. The contract includes:- the license or the right of use of the selected solution;- the services of implementation of this solution (parameter setting and developments);- the services of deployment on site;- the services of maintenance and technical and functional support;- the associated services.The language of the project and the contractual documents will be in French
Acquisition by STP, NEOLOG and LA POSTE, of a Warehouse Control System (WCS) multiflux solution allowing in particular to optimize the exploitation of the sorters, and of deployment, maintenance, support and associated services.The Solution provided by the contractor will have to allow in particular to:- Control all the sorting installations.The tool will have to be multi-flow, i.e. to allow the differentiation and the simultaneous sorting of several types of objects: Press, Small Package Import, Parcel, Bulky, International... The business rules will have to be integrated into the Solution according to the types of flow and the sorters - Integrate all the reference frames useful for the sorting of the objects: the reference frames of the addresses of the various customers, the reference frames of advertisements, the tables of data made available - The service provider must be able to provide the following services: - Provision of a single multi-flow WCS solution;- Integration of this solution into the existing environment according to the expectations of STP, NEOLOG and LA POSTE;- Technical and functional support services;- Maintenance services for the solution;- Training for the solution;- Associated services related to the proposed solution.The current volume of sorters is estimated at 23, spread over 18 sites; this park is likely to evolve over the overall duration of the framework agreement. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of STP, NEOLOG and LA POSTE.The maximum amount of the framework agreement is set at seven (7) million euros excluding VAT for the framework agreement, including renewal periods.
