Through this Public European Tender, Client intends to tender a replacement system for storing and displaying UT Student Theses. The future system will help to optimize operations, reduce the time required to manage UT Student Theses and enable Users to publish UT Student Theses with the right degree of Openness.This Tender includes the delivery, data migration, Implementation, training, hosting, operation, management and maintenance of a suitable system, provided with an acceptance and production environment.
