Description
The supplier to be contracted must provide a suitable, reliable, user-friendly, modern and SaaS-based system for Repressive Operational Information Services that consists of:o SaaS-based software offering functionalities in the field of up-to-date (customised) route navigation and incident/object information for approximately 150 vehicles and approximately 250 separate VRHM personal devices. VRHM employees access this software via tablets and smartphones.o A corresponding management environment in which VRHM can keep the route navigation up to date and carry out functional management.o With links to various other VRHM systems such as the control room system and Geomagazijn.o Setting up the new system, particularly in the field of (tailor-made) route information, including links, user rights and instruction for VRHM employees.
