Description

The municipality of Hoeksche waard is tendering the contract for the supply of a business system, DMS and KCS. The assignment consists of the delivery, implementation, operational delivery, maintenance and support of the following components (in accordance with the GEMMA-2 architecture):- Relationship management component (Customer Contact System);- My municipal component (PIP and BIP);- Identification and authentication component (DigiD, eRecognition, eIDAS);- Case handling, business warehouse, case type management component;- Document management, document warehouse component;- Archive management, archive registration component.The purpose of the tender is to conclude an agreement with a single contractor who supplies and implements an integrated system for these components. In addition to these components, integrations and links are also requested with software packages from other suppliers.
