Description

The rehabilitation work enables the inhabitants to be part of a new dynamic aimed at improving their living environment, solving their social and environmental problems, promoting their professional integration and strengthening social ties in the neighbourhood. In addition to the overall mission of providing social support to tenants, the service provider is tasked with facilitating the implementation of the work while taking into account the social situations of the tenants. It is the interface between the agency, the technical department, the companies and the tenants. The framework agreement is single-attribute, with no minimum and a maximum amount of 87,300 EUR excluding VAT. It is concluded for a maximum of 33 months from receipt of the first order form by the holder. The prices are flat-rate and unitary, firm for the duration of the contract. The framework agreement comprises flat-rate and unitary axes (see "additional information").
