Description
The contracts to be concluded shall take the form of framework agreements executed by the issue of purchase orders (Articles R. 2162-4 to R. 262-6 and R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code). They are concluded with a single Contractor and with a minimum and a maximum quantity, defined in terms of the number of beneficiaries to be covered. These thresholds are defined for each lot in this notice for the first contractual period of performance of the contract
