Description
The subject of the tender is a service contract for the care and administration of persons accommodated in the districts of North, South-West, Wattenscheid and East (currently 125 apartments) until 28.2.2022. The contract is automatically extended for a maximum of 2 years at the end of the contract period, unless it is terminated. The contractor is responsible for the administration of the facilities or apartments as well as the advice and social care of the persons accommodated.
