DESCRIPTION
The Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec is soliciting bids for the acquisition of technical services under the contract for snow removal services at the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec head office located at 333 Boulevard Jean Lesage, Québec, QC.
The award will be made at the lowest price submitted.

BID SECURITY
The service provider must provide a bid security valid for a period of 75 days from the deadline date and time set for receipt of bids. This guarantee must represent at least 10% of the amount submitted.
The guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond issued in favour of the Company by a company legally authorized to act as guarantor and this bond must comply with the provisions of the model bond provided in the appendix.

THE ADDITION OF ANY CONDITION OR CHANGE IN THE TEXT OF THE BID BOND ANNEX OF THE BIDDING DOCUMENT WILL RENDER THE BID NON-COMPLIANT.
The Company retains the bid security of the lowest compliant bidder until the contract is signed. It also retains the bid security of the second and third lowest compliant bidders for a maximum of 75 days or until the contract is signed by the successful bidder.
PERFORMANCE BOND
Before the contract is signed, the service provider whose name is to be retained will be required to provide a performance guarantee, in an amount equivalent to 10% of the amount of the contract in the form of a guarantee issued by a company legally authorized to act as guarantor in favour of the Company;
AVAILABILITY OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
The documents will only be available via the electronic tendering system (SEAO). The cost of the documents is determined by SEAO.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION
For the purposes of this call for tenders, tenders may be submitted in paper or electronic form. Electronic bids can only be submitted through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS).
RESERVE
The Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the offers received.
