Execution of the winter service in 2 properties in Bad Schwalbach in responsibility for the Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen (LBIH) Niederlassung West.
Execution of the winter service (seasonal from 01.11 of one year to 30.04 of the following year) on a total area of approx. 5568.42 m² in the area of the following properties:- Amtsgericht, Am Kurpark 12, 65307 Bad SchwalbachThe services in the interior area of the property "Amtsgericht" already end on31.10.2023 (see also notes in the price list Annex 1.2.1)- Behördenzentrum (BHZ), Emser Str. 27+ 27a, 65307 Bad SchwalbachThe scope of services includes the removal of ice, snow and gritting in case of icy conditions on public roads and the removal of grit after the end of a cold period and at the end of the winter season.The maximum response time for winter services is 1 hour when snowfall or icy conditions start.
