The submission will be placed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the University Institute of Cardiology and Pneumology of -Université Laval. The name and address of the bidder and the tender number must be written on the outside of the envelope.
BID OPENING
Bids will be opened by the designated persons of the Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie du Québec-Université Laval immediately after closing at the location, date and time indicated in the call for tenders document. The opening of tenders is public.
