The subject matter of the contract are services related to winter maintenance of roadways in the streets of Opole in the period from the date of signing the contract to 30 April 2022. The scope of the contract shall include:- snow removal from the streets,- elimination of slippery conditions on the streets,- roadway cleaning in the scope of removing snow, ice, slush,- purchase of materials (chemicals and aggregates to counteract the formation of slippery conditions and to improve the surface of the roadway),- preparation of a mixture of chemicals and aggregates used to counteract the formation of slippery conditions and to improve the surface of the roadway,- loading the material onto transport vehicles, - operation of the Central Dispatch Point for the "Winter" action.The scope of services provided in respect of winter roadway cleaning in the streets of the city of Opole will depend on the weather conditions and funds available. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been presented in the appendices to the ToR.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been presented in the appendices to the ToR: "winter cleaning of road surfaces on the streets of the city of Opole"): The Contracting Authority will submit each Monday by 11 a.m. after receiving the meteograms and will cover the period from Tuesday to Monday (7 consecutive days) and will include the following components:o Number of vehicles to clear or grit the streetso Number of employees required to operate the vehicles and equipmento Type of measures required to remove glaze, remove slippage and snow depending on weather conditions.Each day until 11.00 am, the Contracting Authority will verify the scope of 7-day orders (number and type of vehicles and equipment, number of employees) based on possible weather changes contained in daily meteograms. Therefore, the equipment that the Contractor will have at his disposal should be prepared to such an extent that it meets the requirements for proper performance of services and can perform within the declared number of minutes that the Contractor specifies in the Tender Form from the moment the action is required.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in appendices to the contract: appendix - Description of the subject matter of the contract along with sample Winter Action Plan 2020-2022, appendix - list of streets, as well as provisions of the contract with other appendices.I. General rules1. Winter technology is applied on days when: a. there is a layer of snow b. there is winter slipperiness c. there is snowfall or temperature is below or equal to 0º C2. The Contractor should have at his disposal: a. a field base within a distance allowing the performance of activities in accordance with the requirements of "Winter Action", with a roofed storehouse of chemicals for combating winter slippery conditions, b. telephone communication, working telephone 24 hours a day, access to the Internet, working e-mail 24 hours a day, c. a roofed storehouse of chemicals for combating winter slippery conditions e. scales, with current legalization, for determining the amount of loaded materials (overrun scales or loader equipped with scales - load up to 40 t.), f. brine production equipment - brine station with min. 16000 l. - 1 piece.
