Description

Winter maintenance of roads aimed at carrying out activities aimed at reducing or completely eliminating traffic disturbances caused by atmospheric factors such as: snow and freezing drizzle, slippery snow, ice, etc.The contract shall be performed successively and according to the Ordering Party's needs, the frequency and intensity of which shall depend on the existing weather conditions in the areas covered by the contract during the period of performance of the service. 3. Snow clearance and snow removal services to eliminate traffic disruptions shall be started or suspended at each written order of the Ordering Party, depending on the current weather conditions. 4.All work shall be performed in accordance with the regulations in force in this regard, in particular in accordance with the rules contained in the STWiOR.-Annex No. 2 to the contract.
The scope of service includes:- snow removal from streets according to the attached standards of winter road maintenance,- removing snow from the surface of streets, paid parking zones, intersections, bus bays and terminals, parking lots,- keeping rainwater drainage gullies clear,- removal and loading of snow from places indicated by the Contractor within the distance of 5 km to a place agreed with the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, - purchase and storage of salt, - purchase and storage of sand,- preparation of sand-salt mixture and storage of the mixture,- preparation of brine for moistening the dumped materials, purchase and storage of salt for preparing the brine,- providing office space with social facilities for the Contractor's on duty staff and the on duty observer from the Ordering Party supervising the winter maintenance of roads- provision by the Contractor of a dispatching car with a driver for the needs of the Contracting Authority's on-call observer, - equipping winter equipment participating in "Winter Action" with elements of the work supervision monitoring system, the so-called "GPS "Providing 24-hour availability of the Contractor's employees responsible for the proper performance of services, - 24-hour on-call duty in the equipment base will take place from 15.00 to 7.Requirements concerning the Contractor's facilities:1. equipment base with social facilities for the winter operation on-call clerk and on-call observer from the Contracting Authority is to be located in the city of Piotrków Trybunalski.2.The Contractor is obliged to equip transport units with GPS transmitters and the Contracting Authority with the necessary software with a set of maps including the city of Piotrków Trybunalski to monitor operation of the winter operation equipment. The Contractor is also obliged to cover the activation fee, subscription fees and service charges associated with the above mentioned GPS monitoring equipment.3, The Contractor shall guarantee a monthly supply of materials necessary for the performance of "Winter Action" and supplement them successively during the performance of the service. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL Act requires employment by the Contractor or his Subcontractor under a contract of employment of persons performing work under the contract, i.e.: employees directly performing work under the contract, i.e.: persons performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - ATTENTION! - a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract was specified in Chapter IV of the SWZ (Terms of Reference). 214 PAR. 1(7) OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT ACT.
