Winter maintenance of the national road No. 28:1) winter maintenance of the roadway of the national road No. 28 - section 11.4 km long,2) snow clearance,3) combating gluttony and slush,4) removing ice, slush and other contaminants,5) maintaining 24-hour readiness (on-call duty) to undertake the winter maintenance action.With respect to the performance of this order (applies to all parts), the contractor shall also be obliged to perform: a) securing and marking the work area in accordance with the instructions and regulations in force in this respect, b) cleaning up the area after the completion of the work, the cost of performing the work specified in items a) and b), the contractor shall be obliged to include the contractor in the contract performance price, pursuant to Article 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law and Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - The Labour Code requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons under an employment contract who perform the following activities in the scope of contract performance: physical work related to winter maintenance of roads and sidewalks. Winter maintenance of pavements and roads - Śródmieście district.The subject of the contract for Part II is winter maintenance of pavements, squares, footbridges and roads: voivodeship, county, municipal and internal, including: 1) winter maintenance of the roads of voivodeship, county, municipal and internal roads,2) winter maintenance of pavements,3) winter maintenance of footbridges, stairs and approaches,4) snow clearance, combating winter slipperyness, removing ice, mud and other contaminants on the roads of streets, voivodeship, county and municipal roads. Attention, please: Snow clearance, barefoot and slippery winter conditions are also observed in bus bays and intersections of these roads with internal streets along the length up to the edge of the sidewalk,5) maintaining 24-hour readiness (on-call duty) to undertake winter maintenance actions and current maintenance of cleanliness in the area of the old town complex,6) clearing snow and slippery areas on sidewalks and bus stop platforms, pedestrian crossings, stairs and footbridges, as well as removal of ice, mud and other contaminants,7) cleaning of sewage grids during thawing,8) cleaning of sidewalks and roadways of sand, including waste disposal and disposal,9) setting up sand boxes (boxes at the disposal of the Ordering Party),10) collecting and transporting snow from streets and squares (at the request of the Ordering Party);A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in appendices No. 1, 2 and 3 to the ToR.The cost of works specified in items a) and b) above shall be included by the contractor in the contract performance price.
