Description
The subject matter of the contract is acceptance and processing of municipal sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05 - stabilized municipal sewage sludge, according to the waste catalogue attached to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 9.12.2014 on the catalogue of waste Dz.U. of 2014, item 1923 - hereinafter referred to as sludge) in the estimated amount of 3 120 Mg, produced in the Orderer's sewage treatment plants and their processing in accordance with the decision to process (recover and/or neutralize) the waste. The sludge treatment method (recovery and/or disposal) should be provided in the offer, specifying the location of the installation.
