Description

The subject matter of the order is collection and processing of sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05) generated in the treatment plants operated by Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Ruda Śląska. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in attachment no. 5 to the Terms of Reference. 1.
The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting of collection, transport and processing of sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05 - hereinafter referred to as "sludge"), generated at sewage treatment plants operated by the Ordering Party. The sludge submitted for processing shall meet the requirements allowing for its recovery by the methods referred to in the provision of Article 96(1)(1) - (3) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended - hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), including the sanitary standards and heavy metal content standards set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 6 February 2015 on municipal sewage sludge (Journal of Laws of 2015, Item 257 hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the sludge is in the form of earth, and its hydration will not exceed 80%. (2) The Employer shall allow sludge to be managed both by recovery, as referred to in Article 96(1)(1-3) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "R10 process"), and by the R3 process. In the event that it is not possible to use the R10 process, the Contractor shall be obliged to use the R3 process. 3. The subject matter of the contract shall include: a) loading sludge on the area of the sewage treatment plant, b) transporting sludge to the place of its management, c) managing sludge according to the provisions of law, d) settling quantities in the BDO system. 4. - 8000 tons,c) "Orzegów" Treatment Plant - 6000 tons.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Terms of Reference, available at https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/pwik on the website pertaining to the relevant proceedings.
