Delivery of concrete sleepers B70 with E21 fastening system.monoblock track sleepers made of prestressed concrete type B 70-2.4 for grooveless rails length 2.4 m, foot width 125 mm, track width 1435 mm (+0 mm / -2 mm) including pre-assembled rail fastening system E21. rail fastening E21 consists of - 4 plastic screw anchors type Sdü 25:- 2 elastic intermediate plugs Zwp300 UTS-AT 125-12,- 2 pieces base plate Grp 22/125,- 2 pieces rail spacer Zw E14-125 PA,- 2 pieces angle guide plates type Wfp 16 G,- 2 pieces angle guide plates type Wfp 16 F,- 4 pieces tension clamps type Skl 21,- 4 pieces sleeper screws type Ss36 hot-dip galvanized,- 4 pieces washers type Uls7 hot-dip galvanized,- The inclination of the rail support surfaces is 1:40 towards the middle of the track.The static design applies to light rail operation (axle loads 12 t). The sleepers must be manufactured in accordance with the state of the art.The following standards apply:1) European standard EN 13230-1 Railway applications - Permanent way; concrete sleepers and turnout sleepers Part 1: General requirements 2) European standard EN 13230-2 Railway applications - Permanent way; concrete sleepers and turnout sleepers; Part 2: Prestressed concrete monoblock sleepers Additional anchors:- the sleepers are equipped with 2 additional anchors each (see Annex B -B70 with additional anchors),- the additional anchors are of the type plastic- Screw anchors Sdü S3 - Material PA6 according to DBS 918 280 Dateblatt Nr. 9 of DB AG according to the DB drawing Iog 50.0008,- these additional dowels are used for the assembly of wheel suspension arm supports,- the additional dowels are closed with a dowel cover cap on delivery.
