The subject of the Order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for preparatory works during the construction of the Central Communications Port, i.e.: demolition works, removal of trees and bushes, performing natural compensation, leveling the terrain, development of the construction site, including the construction of temporary facilities, execution of connections to the technical infrastructure network for the needs of the construction site and other works that do not require the preparation of an architectural-construction design.
The subject of the Order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for preparatory works during the construction of the Central Communications Port, i.e.: demolition works, removal of trees and bushes, making environmental compensation, land leveling, land development including the construction of temporary facilities, execution of connections to the technical infrastructure network for the needs of the construction site and other works that do not require the preparation of an architectural-construction design. The scope of the contract includes execution of preparatory works as part of the construction of the CPK Airport together with auxiliary works and services. The subject matter of the contract covers preparatory works for projects comprised in the construction of the Airport as well as the remaining elements of the Central Motor Transport Port, i.e. the intermodal transport hub connecting air, rail and road transport. The subject matter of the contract refers to the first phase of the investment, i.e. the construction of an airport with a capacity of approx. 45 million passengers per year.The scope of the basic works included in the subject matter of the contract covers demolitions, removal of trees and bushes, carrying out of natural compensation, levelling of the ground, development of the construction site together with construction of temporary facilities, making connections to the technical infrastructure network for the needs of the construction and other works that do not require preparation of an architectural-construction design.The subject matter of the contract also covers accompanying works and services, including but not limited to preparing project documentation for the preparatory works required by law, preparing technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, developing designs of technology and organisation of construction works, obtaining administrative decisions, arrangements and opinions and making notifications of construction and construction works, geodetic determination of objects in the field and geodetic as-built inventory, developing as-built documentation, notifications of completion of construction and construction works and other works and services necessary to complete the basic preparatory works.
