Description
Single Party Framework Agreement for Security Advisory Services - Restricted Procedure
Dublin City Council wishes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement to retain the services of a suitably qualified Security Consultant to provide advice in respect of medium to long term strategic plans and on day-to-day operational issues, including, but not limited to, risk assessment, staff training, report writing, technology, visitor management, event management and personal security matters. Other requirements may include:
• Support on implementation of recommendations
• Risk assessment of Dublin City Council locations
• General risk assessment / security advisory services
The successful service provider will have extensive experience in providing Security advisory services and will be accountable for performing as a trusted and strategic partner and expert advisor, supplementing the internal expertise of the Council, as required.
The framework agreement will be for a maximum of four [4] years subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
This is the first stage of this competitive procedure whereby any interested party may submit an application in response to this questionnaire in order to be considered for inclusion on the tender list.
At least five candidates will be invited to tender, subject to that number qualifying.
