This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH-19-Q-0174. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is requesting responses from qualified sources capable of providing one (1) Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction System brand name or equal to the Bruker Venture Diffractometer System. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. This solicitation will result in one firm fixed price contract.
