The subject of the contract is: Supply and deletion of license plates for the City of Katowice Department of Traffic Permits for the year 2023.
Within the scope of the order, the Contractor shall deliver the following types of plates:1. ordinary car plates 30,000 kpl.2. ordinary reduced plates 100 kpl.3. ordinary trailer plates 1500 pcs.4. ordinary motorcycle and tractor plates 1500 pcs.5. ordinary moped plates 200 pcs.6. temporary car plates 800 kpl.7. temporary motorcycle and tractor plates 50 pcs.8. temporary moped plates 50 pcs.9. temporary trailer plates 50 pcs. 10. individual car plates 300 kpl.11. individual motorcycle, tractor plates 30 pcs.12. antique car plates 50 kpl.13. antique motorcycle, tractor plates 5 pcs.14. antique moped plates 5 pcs.15. professional car plates 50 kpl.16. professional motorcycle plates 20 pcs.17. professional moped plates 10 pcs.18 .Boards for electric cars 500 kpl.19. Boards for electric motorcycles 50 pcs.20. Boards for electric motorcycles 50 pcs.21. Boards for electric reduced vehicles 10 kpl.22. secondary and trunk boards 3500 pcsThe quantities shown above are approximate, adopted in order to compare offers and select the most advantageous offer. The Contractor with whom the Contracting Authority will sign a contract shall not be entitled to claim for the implementation of the service in the volumes shown above and in the table (appendix No. 1A)Requirements for license plates :1) The technical requirements (structural, material, technological, quality), design, colors, algorithm for creating license plates, and other conditions to be met by license plates are specified in the Decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction of August 31, 2022 on the registration and marking of vehicles and requirements for license plates (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1847) in the Decree of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 12, 2019. on professional registration of vehicles, applied markings and fees related to professional registration (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 546, as amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 2, 2012 on the conditions for production and distribution of license plates and legalization marks (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1885).2) Within the framework of the contract, the Contractor shall be bound by all regulations in the subject area, taking into account any changes in the regulations that may occur during the term of the contract.Details of delivery and cancellation of plates:- The Contractor undertakes to deliver orders for serial plates within 5 working days from the date of ordering,- The Contractor will receive each time with the order a list of given letter and digital distinctions of ordered plates,- deliveries will be made in batches in accordance with orders placed / in the form of packages of 50 units./- secondary and additional plates for the trunk, in accordance with the order, will be delivered twice a week, on mutually agreed dates, and in exceptional cases will be delivered within one day;- collection of plates should be carried out a minimum of twice a month /on mutually agreed dates/ during working hours of the office, on the basis of a take-over protocol, and the manner of their deletion should be in accordance with applicable regulations in this regard,- to store plates intended for deletion, the Contractor shall provide baskets/containers in an amount adapted to the needs of the client /min. The cost of delivery and cancellation of plates will be covered by the Contractor of plates.- The plates should be delivered to the Department of Transport Privileges in Katowice, 70 Francuska Street.
