The demand for gas transport capacities in Baden-Württemberg is constantly increasing. Therefore terranets bw is planning the new natural gas transport pipeline "Neckarenztalleitung" (NET) The NET is to start in the Wiernsheim area (Enz district) and run via Eberdingen, Vaihingen, Oberriexingen, Sachsenheim and Bietigheim-Bissingen to the south of Löchgau (all district Ludwigsburg).The public law approvals will be granted in 2 planning approval procedures (separately for the administrative districts of Karlsruhe and Stuttgart), which have not yet been completed. The acquisition of rights is currently in progress.the lack of public law approvals may affect the time schedule for the construction.the pipeline is to be constructed in 2 construction phases:- Construction phase 1: 2021: Wiernsheim - Metterzimmern (25.3 km);- Construction phase 2: probably 2022: Metterzimmern - Löchgau (2.9 km);- The subject of the contract award is the supply of ball valves for underground installation according to terranets bw specification leaflet M 2.200 and DIN EN 14141;- The services on the above-mentioned construction stage 1 form the tender, the services on construction stage 2 form the option.
Subject of the invitation to tender is the delivery of ball valves for underground installation according to terranets bw-order specifications leaflet 2.200, partly with electro-hydraulic actuators according to leaflet 2.204 or 2.205:- 6 pieces ball valve DN 500, DP 100, 2 of which with remote control according to leaflet 2.204;- 4 pieces ball valve DN 300, DP 100, 1 of which with remote control according to leaflet 2.205Optional:12 pieces ball valve DN 150, DP 100, manually operated with gear boxThe following option is also the subject of the invitation to tender- factory welding of pipes in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3183:2018-09, Annex M (extended welding ends);- The suitability of the ball valves for the transport of 100 % hydrogen is aimed at;- Further information on the subject of the contract will be provided to the applicants selected in the course of the participation competition with the invitation to tender.
