Description
The purpose of this framework agreement is the maritime transfer of vehicles transporting waste between the port of Tour Fondue and the ports of the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros. The award procedure used is: open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a minimum and a maximum is concluded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement shall give rise to the issue of purchase orders. The services shall be divided into two lots:- lot 1: Porquerolles Islands,- lot 2: Port-Cros Island.
