Description

The subject matter of the contract is corrosion protection with additional works on three L-1000 icebreakers: Buffalo, Cheetah and Lion, stationed in the harbour of the Water Degree in Włocławek. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the size of the required works can be found in Appendix 1 to the ToR. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 29 par. 1 of the ToR. Pursuant to art. 29 par. 3a of the PPL Act, the Economic Operator is required to employ persons called employees who will perform assembly and disassembly activities as well as cleaning and applying anti-corrosion coatings to vessels during the performance of the contract in question. The procedure shall be conducted by means of an open tender, taking into account art. 24aa of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall first evaluate the tenders and then examine whether the Economic Operator whose tender was evaluated as the most advantageous one is not excluded and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. The contract is not divided into lots.
Corrosion protection with additional works on three L-1000 icebreakers: Buffalo, Cheetah and Lion, stationed in the water level harbour in Włocławek. The anticorrosive protection will be applied to the external surfaces of the ships and all walls of the warehouses such as deck, hand-held, pyrotechnic materials, with CO2 gas cylinders and others available from the ship's bulwark - included in point 4 of the statement below.B. Before cleaning, all surfaces which will not be painted should be adequately protected. Electrical system components are to be dismantled and, after the last coat of paint has been applied, installed in the reverse order.C. Steel sheets and all profiles will be blast cleaned to class Sa2.5 according to PN-ISO 850-1-1. The contractor is responsible for securing the area.D. Preparation of the surface to be painted and the method of applying the paint set should be agreed and performed under the supervision of an inspector of the paint supplier. Possible costs of inspection of the paint supplier shall be borne by the Contractor.E. The surfaces before the commencement of painting will be vacuumed.F. Paint coatings will be applied by hydrodynamic spraying (airless), in places difficult to reach - the paint will be applied by means of a paint brush.G. In the autumn-winter period, use winter version paints.H. All, for example, painting materials listed in the table below are produced by Sigma Coating. It is allowed to use equivalent paints, with strict observance of the colouring table.I. Works for the above mentioned vessels will be carried out in the port of the hydrotechnical facility of the W³oc³awek Water Management Board at 171 Plocka Street.
