Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste collected in the area of the town, as indicated in point 2 of the Description of the subject of the contract: Dys, Elizówka, Jakubowice Konińskie, Jakubowice Konińskie-Kolonia, Kawka, Krasienin, Krasienin-Kolonia, Majdan Krasieniński, Nasutów, Nowy Staw, Osówka, Pólko, Pryszczowa Góra, Stoczek, Stoczek-Kolonia, Wola Krasienińska.2The scope of the subject of the contract includes, throughout the entire period of the contract, the collection of waste from properties where residents live and the management of: 1) mixed waste, collected in containers with a volume of 0.06 m3 and more, in accordance with the PN/EN 840 standard, marked with an inscription: Mixed waste; code 20 03 01;2) waste paper, including cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging waste - collected in blue LDPE bags with a minimum capacity of 120 litres marked with an inscription: Paper; code 20 01 01 01;3) glass waste consisting of clear and coloured glass, including glass packaging waste - collected in green LDPE bags with a minimum capacity of 80 litres, marked with an inscription: Glass; code 20 01 02;4) metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging - collected in yellow LDPE bags with a minimum capacity of 120 l. marked with an inscription: Metals and plastics; codes 20 01 39, 20 01 40;5) biodegradable waste, including green waste, being parts of plants from the care of green areas (grass, leaves, small branches) and bio-waste from households (food and kitchen waste), collected in containers with a volume of 0.06 m3 and more, compliant with PN/EN 840 standard, marked with an inscription: BIO; code 20 02 01;6) bottom ash stored in containers with a volume of 0.06 m3 or more, compliant with the PN/EN 840 standard, marked with an inscription: Ash; code ex 20 01 99;7) waste electrical and electronic equipment and used fluorescent lamps; code 20 01 36;8) furniture and other bulky waste which, because of their size and weight, cannot be contained in containers used in properties; code 20 03 07;9) plastics (e.g. plastics, plastics, plastics, plastics, plastics, plastics, plastics, plastics, plastics, etc.). garden furniture, garden furniture, pails, crates, bowls, PP and PE pots);10. waste batteries and accumulators; code 20 01 34;11. tyres (without rims) from vehicles with a DMC of 3,5 tonnes or less; code 16 01 03;12. asbestos-free, tar-paperless, demolitionary or similar waste (without rims) and other hazardous materials); codes 17 01 07, 17 01 01;13) residues of outdated chemicals, including used oils, solvents, water-based and oil-based paints, plant protection products, including their packaging, fertiliser packaging (the above mentioned wastes should be contained in leak-proof and leak-proof packaging and should bear original labels enabling their identification);codes 200113*, 200114*, 200115*, 200119*, 200127*, 200129*;14) other small hazardous waste from households, separated from the municipal waste stream m. including out-of-date medicines, toners, fire extinguishers, codes 20 01 32, 20 01 28;15) mineral wool, code: ex 17 06 04 - insulation materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03;16) construction foamed polystyrene, coded 'ex 17 06 04 - insulation materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03;16': ex 17 06 04 - insulating materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03;17) onduline, coded 'Onduline' and 'Onduline', other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03;17) Onduline, coded 'Onduline' and 'Onduline': ex 17 03 80 waste paper;18) overdue medicines from pharmacies, indicated in Annex 2 to the agreement;19) collection and management of waste exclusively segregated from 6 communal points for selective collection of waste. The location of 6 points is indicated in Annex 1 to the agreement. The location of 6 points is indicated in the Attachment No. 1 to the contract.3. While managing the municipal waste received from the real estate, the entity collecting the waste is obliged to transfer: 1) mixed municipal waste and subjective waste.
