Description

The subject of the contract is:a) collection and management of municipal waste, created and collected from properties in the Jadow commune. The collection applies to all properties on which the residents do not live and those on which there are holiday cottages or other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes, located within the administrative boundaries of the Jadów Commune;b) collection and management of municipal waste supplied to the Selective Waste Collection Point in Jadowie;c) collection and management of municipal waste, from properties owned by the Jadów Commune Office, municipal marketplace, 5 schools.
The subject of the contract is: a) collection and management of municipal waste, created and collected from real estate in the specified towns: Adampol, Borki, Borzymy, Dębe Duże, Dębe Małe, Dzierżanów, Iły, Jadów, Kukawki, Letnisko Nowy Jadów, Myszadła, Nowinki, Nowy Jadów, Oble, Podbale, Podmyszadła, Sitne, Starowola, Strachów, Sulejów, Szewnica, Urle, Warmiaki, Wójty, Wólka Sulejowska, Wujówka, Wyglały, Zawiszyn. The acceptance applies to all the properties from the above mentioned mentioned above. towns where the residents do not live and those where there are holiday cottages or other properties used for recreation and holiday purposes, located within the administrative boundaries of the Jadów municipality; b) collection and management of municipal waste supplied to the Jadów Municipal Waste Collection Point by property owners from the entire municipality;c) Collection and management of municipal waste, listed in Annex 1 of the SOPZ, created and collected from properties owned by the Jadów commune (Municipal Office, municipal market, 5 schools); d) reaching the levels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 14 December 2016.On the levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2167) and achievement of the levels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage and the method of calculation of the level of reduction of the weight of such waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).
