Description

The subject matter of the contract is: provision of services within the scope of collection, collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate and real estate on which a holiday home or other real estate used for recreational and holiday purposes is located, as well as its transport to municipal installations and installations for processing of selectively collected waste in accordance with applicable law. Period of performance: from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2022. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The estimated quantities indicated in the offer and price form, in Appendix no. 1 and 1a to the SWZ are approximate values, determined on the basis of the order conducted in 2020.
The subject matter of the contract is: Provision of services within the scope of collection, collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate and real estate on which a holiday home or other real estate used for recreational and holiday purposes is located, as well as its transport to municipal installations and installations for processing of selectively collected waste in accordance with applicable law. to 31 December 2022.The Contractor shall comply during the performance of the contract with the provisions of the law, in particular such as:- Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (i.e. DZ. U. of 2021, Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 797, as amended),- Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended),- Act of 6 March 2018. Entrepreneurs' Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 162 as amended),- Act of 11 September 2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1893),- Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1893). Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) 122),- Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530),- Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limiting the storage of biodegradable municipal waste mass (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412),- Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10),- Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 16 June 2009 on health and safety at work in municipal waste management (Journal of Laws 2009, No. 104, item 868),- Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship - Resolution No. V/37/7/2017 of 24 April 2017. Resolution No. V/37/7/2017 of 24 April 2017 of the Sejmik of the Silesian Voivodeship on adopting the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship for 2016-2022.And also: - Resolution No. XXVI/198/20 of the Lipowa Commune Council of 30 September 2020 on the Rules for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Lipowa Commune as amended,- Resolution No. XXVI/199/20 of the Lipowa Commune Council of 30 September 2020 on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in respect of municipal waste collection from property owners and management of this waste in exchange for the fee paid for municipal waste management as amended,2. The Contractor shall be obliged to follow any possible amendments to the above mentioned regulations as well as the newly introduced ones and apply them on an ongoing basis.3The scope of the contract includes: 1) Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties 2) Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate on which there is a holiday home or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes 3) Equipment of residential properties, holiday homes and other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes with containers for collection of ash, unsorted waste (mixed) and biodegradable kitchen waste.4A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ5. The estimated quantities indicated in the offer and price form, in Appendix No. 1 and 1a to the SWZ are approximate values, determined on the basis of the contract executed in 2020 and as the anticipated demand for services covered by the contract
