Description

Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of properties inhabited by residents in towns and cities: Bolechowice, Brzezie, Karniowice, Kobylany, Ujazd, Zelków in the Zabierzów municipality - sector III and equipping the properties inhabited in bags for selective waste collection, including biodegradable waste. Containers (bins) for waste collection shall be provided by the property owners. Bags for selectively collected waste, including biodegradable waste shall be delivered by the contractor, with the bags being delivered for exchange, with the proviso that the owner shall receive no more than two bags of the following colours: a) yellow for plastics, metals and multi-material packaging; b) blue for paper; c) green for glass; d) brown for biodegradable waste, and additionally two bags of each colour for each commenced 4 persons above 4 persons residing in the property.
The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of properties inhabited by residents in the towns: Bolechowice, Brzezie, Karniowice, Kobylany, Ujazd, Zelków in the Zabierzów municipality - sector III and equipping the properties inhabited in bags for selective waste collection, including biodegradable waste. Containers (bins) for waste collection shall be provided by the property owners. Bags for selectively collected waste, including biodegradable waste shall be delivered by the contractor, with the bags being delivered for exchange, with the proviso that the owner shall receive no more than two bags of the following colours: a) yellow for plastics, metals and multi-material packaging; b) blue for paper; c) green for glass; d) brown for biodegradable waste; and additionally two bags of each colour for each commenced 4 persons above 4 persons residing in the property.The Contractor shall provide the property owners with yellow sacks for plastics, metals and multi-material packaging, blue for paper, green for glass, brown for biodegradable waste with a capacity of 120 liters, with the reservation that in single-family buildings, in the case of waste collection in containers (bins) - the Contractor shall provide the property owner with sacks in the above mentioned amounts with a capacity adjusted to the capacity of the container.
