"Collection and management of municipal waste generated on real estate in Niemce municipality from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2022".
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste collected in the area of the village, as indicated in point 2 of the description of the subject matter of the contract: Baszki, Boduszyn, Kolonia Bystrzyca, Ciecierzyn, Dziuchów, Ludwinów, Łagiewniki, Niemce, Rudka Kozłowiecka, Swoboda, Wola Niemiecka, Zalesie, PSZOK.2..1 Description of the subject of the contract:1) mixed waste, collected in containers with a volume of 0.06m3 and more, in accordance with the PN/EN 840 standard, marked with the inscription: mixed waste;2) paper waste, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and cardboard - collected in blue LDPE bags, with a minimum capacity of 120 l, marked with the inscription: Paper;3) Glass waste consisting of colourless and coloured glass, including glass packaging waste collected in green LDPE sacks with a minimum capacity of 80 l, marked with the indication: Glass;4) Metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging collected in yellow LDPE bags, with a minimum capacity of 120 l, marked with the indication: Metals and plastics;5) Bio-waste collected in containers with a volume of 0.06 m3 and more, in accordance with PN/EN 840 standard, marked with an inscription: Bio;6) bottom ash collected in containers with a volume of 0.06 m3 and more, conforming to the PN/EN 840 standard, marked with the inscription: Metals and plastics: Ash;7) overdue drugs from pharmacies, indicated in Appendix 2 to the agreement.3Collection and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located at ul. Przemysłowa 1, 21-025 Niemce, designed to serve the residents of the entire municipality:a) paper waste, including cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging waste; b) glass waste, including colourless and coloured glass, including glass packaging waste; c) metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging;(e) waste electrical and electronic equipment and waste fluorescent lamps (g) plastics (e.g. garden furniture, buckets, boxes, bowls, PP and PE pots); (h) used batteries and accumulators; (i) tyres (without rims); (j) construction and demolition waste (not containing asbestos, tar, paper, etc.). k) remains of outdated chemicals, including used oils, solvents, water and oil paints, plant protection products, including their packaging, fertilizer packaging (the above mentioned wastes should be in tight and leaking packaging and should have original labels enabling their identification); l) other small hazardous wastes from households, separated from the municipal waste stream, including toners and fire extinguishers; m) outdated medicines from pharmacies, indicated in Annex 2 to the Agreement.4Collection of waste, which will be exhibited by the residents before the property in the so-called "exhibit" action system.5. The location of the 3 points is indicated in Attachment No. 1 to the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of the municipal waste collected in the area of the town indicated in item 2 of the description of the subject matter of the contract: Dys, Elizówka, Jakubowice Konińskie, Jakubowice Konińskie-Kolonia, Kawka, Krasienin, Krasienin-Kolonia, Majdan Krasieniński, Nasutów, Nowy Staw, Osówka, Pólko, Pryszczowa Góra, Stoczek, Stoczek-Kolonia, Wola Krasienińska.2 The scope of the subject matter of the contract covers, during the entire period of the contract performance, the collection of waste from properties where the inhabitants live.2.2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes, during the whole period of the contract, the collection of waste from the properties where the residents live and the management of:1) mixed waste, collected in containers with a volume of 0.06m3 and more, in accordance with the PN/EN 840 standard, marked with the inscription: Mixed waste; code 20 03 012) waste paper, including cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging waste collected in blue LDPE sacks with a minimum capacity of 120 l, marked with the inscription: Paper; code 20 01 013) waste glass consisting of colourless and coloured glass, including glass packaging waste collected in green LDPE sacks with a minimum capacity of 80 l, marked with the inscription: Glass; code 20 01 024) metal waste including metal packaging waste, plastic waste including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging collected in yellow LDPE bags with a minimum capacity of 120 l, marked with the indication: Metals and plastics; codes 20 01 39, 20 01 405) bio-waste collected in containers with a volume of 0,06 m3 or more in accordance with PN/EN 840, marked with the following text: Bio; code 20 02 01,6) furnace ash collected in containers with a volume of 0,06 m3 and more, conforming to the PN/EN 840 standard, marked with the inscription: "Ash7) out-of-date medicines from pharmacies, indicated in Appendix 2 to the agreement.3. Collection of waste, which will be issued by residents before the property in the so-called "exhibit".4. collection and management of waste exclusively segregated from 5 communal points for selective waste collection. The location of the 5 points is indicated in Attachment No. 1 to the contract.5When performing the management of municipal waste collected from the property inhabited, the waste collector is obliged to deliver:1) mixed municipal waste and bio-waste to the municipal installation or substitute installations, specified for the central-western region in the "Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Province 2022";2) selectively collected municipal waste to recovery and neutralisation installations, in accordance with the waste hierarchy specified in the binding legal regulations, in particular in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012, Article 17, with the reservation that if prior to the waste selectively collected is sent to a recovery and neutralisation installation, it was sent by the waste collector for sorting, the resulting sorting residues - waste of code 19 12 12, intended for storage, must be sent to a municipal or substitute installation.7 The scope of the contract covers transport of collected waste to a waste recovery and neutralisation installation or to a municipal or substitute installation.8 The Contractor's obligation shall be to collect municipal waste from all owners of properties located within the territory of Sector II of the Municipality of Niemce. The service includes ensuring by the Contractor access to points that are difficult to reach by organizing means of transport that enable collection of waste from address points of problematic location.
