Description

The subject of the order is to collect, transport and manage the municipal waste indicated in the Order Description from the properties located in the area of the city and municipality of Skaryszew (on which the residents live and from the properties on which the residents do not live but produce municipal waste) and from the PSZOK, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the town and commune of Skaryszew. The scope and manner of performance of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Annex 8 to the ToR - detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) and specimen agreement constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.
1) The subject matter of the contract is collecting, transporting and managing the municipal waste indicated in the Description of the contract from the properties located in the area of the city and commune of Skaryszew (where the inhabitants live and from the properties where the municipal waste does not live and where the municipal waste is produced) and from the PSZOK, in a manner ensuring that appropriate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage. The amount of municipal solid waste during the contract execution period is determined according to the estimated calculations for the following 7 000 Mg.2) The Awarding Entity does not anticipate contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the PPL.3) In this progress. communication between the Awarding Entity and the Economic Operator takes place using the mini Portal (https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl), ePUAP: (https://epuap.gov.pl/wps/portal), (https://obywatel.gov.pl/ nforms/orders) and e-mail.4) The Awarding Entity does not envisage: conducting an electronic auction, establishing a dynamic purchasing system, concluding a framework agreement, awarding advance payments for contract performance.
