Description

The subject matter of the contract is to provide services consisting of collection and management of municipal waste from the following communes: Stary Sącz, Nawojowa and Łącko.The contract is divided into the following three parts:PART 1: Collection and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,PART 2: Collection and management of biowaste,PART 3: Collection and management of selectively collected municipal waste.The Contracting Authority allows for partial bids, i.e. a contractor may submit a bid for one, two or all the parts of the contract indicated in item 2. Further division of the contract is not allowed.
The subject matter of the contract is provision of services consisting in collection and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste of code 20 03 01 from residential properties, properties where holiday cottages and other recreational and leisure facilities are situated as well as nonresidential properties indicated in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ. The Contractor shall equip the properties listed in appendix 3.2 to the SWZ with waste collection containers complying with the requirements set forth in this appendix for the duration of the contract. The technical condition of the containers must allow for the collection and management of waste in a manner consistent with the Regulations in force on the Purchaser's property, contract and generally applicable provisions of law. The subject matter of the contract is to provide services consisting of collection and management of bio-waste including garden waste (code 20 02 01) and other biodegradable waste, including kitchen waste (code 20 01 08) from residential properties, properties where holiday cottages and other recreational and leisure facilities are located and the PSZOK. The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer waste to recovery or neutralisation facilities, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste treatment referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor will equip the properties listed in Appendix No. 3.2 to the SWZ with waste collection containers that meet the requirements set forth in this Appendix. The technical condition of the containers must allow for the collection and management of waste in a manner consistent with the Regulations in force on the Purchaser's property, contract and generally applicable provisions of law. The subject matter of the contract is to provide services consisting of collection and management of the following types of waste: a) municipal waste selectively collected in containers or bags, including s zkło (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07), paper and cardboard (code 20 01 01, 15 01 01), plastic packaging (code 20 01 39, 15 01 02), metal (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40), multi-material packaging (code 15 01 05),b) ashes from individual (household) furnaces selectively collected in containers or bags (code 20 01 99), (c) bulky waste (code 20 03 07), (d) waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 35*, 20 01 36), (e) used tyres (code 16 01 03), (f) waste from construction and renovation works (code: 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 03 80, 17 04 07, 1 706 04, 17 08 02, 17 09 04, 20 03 99), g) expired medicines (code 20 01 32), h) hazardous waste arising from households including chemicals, used batteries and accumulators and others (code: 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 33*), i) non-medical waste generated in households as a result of receiving medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in blood (code 20 01 99), j) clothing and textiles (code 20 01 10, 20 01 11). Waste will be collected from residential properties, properties with holiday cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, non-residential properties indicated in Appendix No. 3.1 to the SWZ and the PSZOK. The Contractor shall transfer waste to recovery or neutralisation installations, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. As part of the contract, the Contractor shall provide bags with a capacity of 120 l for selective waste collection made of semi-transparent foil, with high resistance to tearing: green with marking "GLASS", blue with marking "PAPER", yellow with marking "METALS AND ARTIFICIALS". For the duration of the contract, the Contractor shall equip the properties listed in Appendix No. 3.2 to the SWZ with waste collection containers that meet the requirements set forth in this Appendix. The technical condition of the containers must allow for the collection and management of waste in a manner consistent with the Regulations in force on the Purchaser's property, contract and generally applicable provisions of law.
