The subject matter of the contract is collection, transport and management of all types of municipal waste from the owners of residential properties in the Municipality of Ropczyce in the period from 1st January 2022 until 31st December 2022 in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Act on Waste, and in accordance with the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Ropczyce in force in the scope relating to the order and not inconsistent with the current wording of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities.
1. The subject matter of the contract is collection, transport and management of all types of municipal waste from the owners of residential properties within the area of the Municipality of Ropczyce in the period from 1st January 2022 until 31st December 2022 in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Act on Waste, and in accordance with the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Ropczyce in force in the scope relating to the order and inconsistent with the current wording of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities. The subject matter of the contract covers 5431 properties specified in Annex 2 to the ToR, including 81 in the area of multi-family developments in the city of Ropczyce hereinafter referred to as "MW" and 5350 in the area of single-family and homestead developments and multi-family developments outside the city, hereinafter referred to as "MN,MR", specified in Annex 2 to the ToR.2. On the basis of communal waste volumes collected in the Commune of Ropczyce in the previous periods, the weight of particular types of communal waste during the contract execution period is estimated as follows1) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste)- 85 Mg,2) metals, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste- 490 Mg,3) glass - 450 Mg,4) bio-waste (bio) - 70 Mg,5) cold ash - 140 Mg,6) waste tyres - 40 Mg,7) bulky waste - 150 Mg,8) construction and demolition waste - 120 Mg,9) waste electrical and electronic equipment - 40 Mg,10) used electrical and electronic equipment - 40 Mg,11) waste of electrical equipment - 40 Mg 10) green waste - 65 Mg,11) out-of-date medicines - 0,3 Mg,12) waste oils and liquid fuel waste excluding edible oils - 0,5 Mg, 13) paints and paint packaging - 1,5 Mg, 14) clothes, textiles - 1 Mg.15The quantity of waste specified in item 2 is an estimated value based on the quantity of municipal waste collected in the Commune of Ropczyce in previous periods. The Ordering Party reserves the right to decrease or increase the amount of collected and managed waste in relation to the amount defined in item 2, resulting from the actual amount of collected waste. 2, resulting from the actual quantity of collected and managed waste. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim on account of a decrease in the quantity of waste specified in item 2. A possible change of the estimated quantity specified in item 2 shall not result in additional costs. 2 will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, apart from settlement for the actual quantity of collected and managed waste according to unit prices set out in the agreement. The circumstances referred to above will result in an appropriate decrease or increase in the remuneration due to the Contractor under the Contract. 4. A detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Appendix 3 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).
